Since this was published, the 'shed' has been completed and now functions as the reception, shop, cafe and toilets for the National trust propertry.

Painted black in keeping with many agricultural builings in the locality It fulfills its purpose perfectly snd sits harmoniously within the rural location.

It reflects the utilitarian and arcitectural qualities of corrugated metal that is such feature of rural Wales. The flexibility of use lends itself perfectly to all manner of shapes, designs, sizes and functions.

It is precisely these qualies, plus its recyclability that appeals to the subsistence farmers and others requiring an economical solution to a range of building requirements.
